Salvador Dali Museum Trip

The beginning of this month I took a trip to St. Petersburg, FL with my friend, Carol Noble, to visit the Salvador Dali Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts. Here I am highlighting my visit to the Dali Museum with some photos of paintings that inspired me. I had been down there to the previous location of the Dali Museum in 2006 and enjoyed it very much. The new location has a fantastic new building constructed especially for this extensive collection of Dali’s work. Included below are the Hallucinogenic Toreador, the Discovery of America by Christopher Columbus,  and my favorite the Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory. Although I do like the Persistence of Memory at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City a bit more. Full of symbolism, his work is intriguing!
