Sold the “Capitol Building”!

Here’s a painting of the Capitol Building in downtown Tallahassee, FL at the intersection of Monroe and Apalachee that I did when I was taking a painting class at Railroad Square Art park last summer. The instructor was an impressionist painter and this painting shows that influence, although the use of contrast is more my style. I had it for sale at the LeMoyne Holiday Show and a woman expressed interest in it. After the show and sale was over she contacted me and decided to buy it for her Tallahassee office. I’m enjoying taking painting classes to expand my skills and it’s nice I can sell the pieces, too!
